Today was the last day of my lens rental from BorrowLenses and my last chance to get that wheat field with a telephoto lens. So at lunch, before I shipped the lens back, I jumped in my car and drove down the little dirt road next to the wheat field and snapped a few shots. I was so proud of myself, because every time I drive by that dirt road I intend to pull into it really quick, but chicken out. For some reason that road scared me a little bit.
But I'm so glad I finally conquered my fear because I got some good closeups of that field and I finally feel like I captured what I see every morning. Now I can drive by it in peace!
